Terms of Service

Tako Picks is a football prediction game. Users can make World Cup 2026 picks, build a tournament bracket, save a shareable receipt, invite friends, earn virtual rewards, and participate in seasonal challenges.

The service is entertainment. Tako Picks is not a sportsbook, betting app, fantasy wagering product, lottery, securities platform, or financial service. Users do not stake money on match results through Tako Picks.

Tako Picks is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, tournament organizers, national teams, players, or leagues.

You may use limited guest features before creating an account. Guest progress can be lost if you clear local storage, change devices, or fail to claim the account.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity under your account. Promotion-eligible features may require a verified account, accurate contact information, identity checks, and tax documentation.

Tako Picks is not intended for children under 13. Promotion-eligible campaigns may require users to be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher.

A saved prediction receipt may include group standings, selected third-place qualifiers, the generated knockout bracket path, knockout winners, champion pick, timestamps, account identifiers, and anti-fraud metadata.

When a prediction is locked, it cannot be edited for any future challenge review. Server time controls lock timing, and tournament results and tiebreakers control scoring.

Tako Picks may create an integrity record for each locked receipt, including a canonical JSON version of the picks, a SHA-256 receipt hash, the lock timestamp, and audit logs used to show that the entry was not changed after lock.

Automation, botting, multi-account abuse, tampering, scraping, exploiting bugs, submitting false information, bypassing geographic or age controls, or manipulating leagues may result in score resets, account restrictions, or disqualification from promotion-eligible campaigns.

Tako Picks may investigate suspicious activity, require additional verification, delay official review, void affected entries, or preserve logs where needed for security, compliance, or dispute handling.

Coins, cosmetics, skins, frames, stickers, passes, and other digital items are limited, revocable licenses for use inside Tako Picks. They are not cash, stored value, securities, or redeemable balances.

Purchases are optional and do not affect judging, scoring, verification, or status in any future reward campaign.

Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store, payment processor, and consumer law requirements.

Tako Picks may run future reward campaigns. Final campaign details will control over marketing copy, in-app summaries, social posts, or help text.

Paid features, virtual items, and cosmetic upgrades do not affect judging, scoring, or verification for any future reward campaign.

Reward campaigns may be unavailable where prohibited or restricted. Age, region, tax reporting, identity verification, sanctions screening, anti-fraud review, and delivery requirements may vary by location.

You may share names, league titles, roast cards, invite links, and other social content. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, illegal content, spam, or impersonation.

Tako Picks can remove content or restrict accounts to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Tako Picks may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, when appropriate, providing in-app notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be handled individually and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Future campaign details may contain additional dispute procedures.
